About this event
✅ Sunday sessions are offered at various times throughout the month 🌺 Be sure to confirm the date and time before booking.
Sound healing at Rocky Mountain Restore & Stretch is a deeply immersive, nervous-system-focused practice that works on every level, body, mind, and beyond. Sessions are intentionally structured using sound and vibration from multiple large gongs to influence the autonomic nervous system: the system that governs stress, relaxation, digestion, sleep, and recovery.
Unlike many sound baths that lean purely on ambience or spiritual ceremony, this work is both skill-based and felt in the bones. The goal is to help your body shift out of chronic fight-or-flight and into a state where repair, regulation, and real healing can occur, physically, emotionally, and energetically. In short: this is not background music. It's a portal and a practice. ❤️
Our exclusive gong-only sessions feature multiple large gongs, including Iris, Colorado's largest healing gong. Their scale creates deep, complex overtones and layers of vibration that wash over the body and settle the nervous system into stillness. Joining Iris are her "companion gongs", Eir, a 30" symphonic gong, and Sozo, a 32" Dark Star Bronze gong, each adding her own distinct voice to the resonance.
This is a unique gathering of sound, reserved for those ready to be fully immersed and transformed. Space is intentionally limited to preserve the depth of this experience.
Iris, 5 feet of handcrafted sacred steel , is the largest healing gong in Colorado. She moves like the ocean. Wave after wave, Iris washes over you, not with water, but with something older. Her sound pulls back like a tide, drawing with it what you've been holding too long. And then she returns. Gentle. Full. Carrying with her something the ocean has always known how to give, the minerals of stillness, the salt of remembrance, the deep nourishment that lives beneath the surface of ordinary life.
Do I need to be spiritual to benefit?
Not at all. Many clients are analytical, science-minded, or openly skeptical when they arrive, and they leave wondering when they can come back. Sound works on the nervous system regardless of belief, much like breathing techniques, music, or movement. That said, those who are spiritually oriented often find this work richly layered, a meeting place between the measurable and the mysterious.
