REGISTRATION FOR THIS CLASS OPENS NOVEMBER 1.
Join us for a behind-the-scenes look at our small family farm beef business and cheesemaking here at ABF Farms & Twin Peaks Creamery! We’ll start with a talk about our farm, farm store, and then a short cheesemaking demonstration.
We will talk about the entire process from our farm-fresh milk to the finished cheese products including our Rocky Mountain raclette, "Alpine"zeller, Colorado Flurries cheese curds, and Evergreen Curdorado cheese curds.
Then, we’ll head out for a tour of the farm to meet our cows and peak into our cheese cave, where you’ll see where our handcrafted cheeses are aged and cared for.
Finally, we will finished off with a taste test of our farm fresh cheese and answer any questions. Come enjoy a fun, educational farm experience and learn more about what goes into making farm fresh beef and cheese right here on our family farm in Berthoud!
