About this event

Come dance with our Wild Embodiment Dance community, where we Cultivate, Integrate, and Elevate all aspects of who we are, with a body based, freeform movement and music meditation practice. It's about how you feel, not how you look. No dance background is needed, and all are welcome.

We meet at 10 a.m. on Wednesday and Sunday at the Grange on Mulberry. We set a shared intention in our opening circle, dance nonverbally for an hour, and then, for those who wish to participate, we meet in a closing circle to share our experience of this particular dance, and build community.
