About this event
Colorado's water landscape continues to evolve, and so do the challenges facing the organizations responsible for delivering it. Join DARCA this November in Loveland for two days of practical education, thoughtful discussion, and opportunities to connect with water professionals from across the state.
This year's conference will explore the decisions shaping the future of Colorado's water delivery systems, with sessions focused on topics including:
• River restoration and the role of beavers in watershed resilience
• Water law for agricultural water users
• Seepage, easements, detention ponds, and canal management
• Understanding and valuing water rights
• Qualifications-Based Hiring (QBS) training
• The economics of water and today's changing landscape
The conference will also include a half-day field tour showcasing projects and water management efforts throughout the Loveland area, providing participants with the opportunity to see local work firsthand while continuing conversations outside the meeting room.
Whether you're a ditch company director, superintendent, municipal representative, consultant, engineer, attorney, producer, or water professional, this conference is designed to provide practical information, new perspectives, and meaningful connections that support your work long after the conference concludes.
Conference registration opens July 1, 2026. Early registration pricing will be available through October 1, with hotel information and additional program details released throughout the summer.
We look forward to welcoming you to Northern Colorado this November.
