Snazzy Snail Mail w Natalie Carrasco

About this event

Elevate your envelope game for the holiday season and beyond!

Whether you're sending out a big batch of cards, penning party invitations, or writing a slew of thank you notes, your recipients will be thrilled to see something besides bills and junk appear in their mailbox.

We'll explore hand-lettering techniques and tools, paper and ink options, envelope design and embellishment ideas, and also cover current USPS postal guidelines to help ensure your mail makes it to its final destination relatively unscathed.

All supplies are provided for practice and play during class, and attendees will take home a brush pen, one standard-size envelope, and a first-class stamp to send their well wishes on their way!

Natalie is an artist and calligrapher creating lovely letters, landscapes, and other "odes to the earth" from her humble home studio in Northern Colorado. She believes in lifelong learning and delights in teaching what she knows.

Each Radish class offers one solidarity ticket at a greatly reduced rate, in order to offer greater financial accessibility. This ticket is for Black/Indigenous/PeopleOfColor folks, solo parents, folks with medical debt, etc. No questions asked. Limit to one solidarity ticket per month- because if someone is able to purchase multiple solidarity tickets per month, they should be consolidating that into one full price ticket.

All workshop purchases are subject to our refund policy: a 50% refund is available until 48 hours before workshop. No refund is available within 48 hours of workshop start time. If a workshop is cancelled due to low enrollment, you will be notified 24 hours before via email.
