• Everyone will leave with the beginning of their sourdough starter.

• Watch a demonstration on making sourdough bread from the starter- we will go through every step.

• Watch a demonstration and participate in making sourdough discard recipes, such as crackers, or tortillas. To celebrate November, we will also be making a fall soup and roasted garlic and herb butter. Menu subject to change.

• Everyone will take home a perfectly shaped boule that you will shape yourself to bring home and bake. (bring a container such as a baking dish to place your shaped dough).

This is a demonstration workshop, with aspects of hands-on learning. Everyone will get samples of the products demonstrated. Come to relax and enjoy the demonstration while learning how to be a sourdough expert on your own.
