About this event
These no gi classes are available for students who have received their second stripe on their white belt. Intermediate and advanced techniques will be shown and the class will end with live training. This is a great opportunity for the newer students to work with some of the more advanced ones, and the the advanced students to work on their game. Students can come in a rashguard or t-shirt, and grappling shorts or gi pants.
