About this event
At the Intermediate level, your training really gets exciting! All the techniques you've learned in the Fundamentals program will be put into action; you'll begin to learn how to link moves together, and apply them in the correct situations. And now it's time for live training! At this level, the instructor will implement more live training or "rolling," so you get the chance to apply all your moves in live situations. Only students that have received their 2nd stripe on their white belt may attend.
