Would you like your child to learn simple relaxation techniques to help calm their nervous system and manage strong feelings? Or get to choose from loads of rad craft projects and games to help express themsleves, gain confidence in their abilities, and practice healthy boundary setting? How about learning physical exercises that increase attention, self control, and autonomy?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, this after-school camp is for your kiddo!! We will be utilizing the 8 limbs of yoga through fun social-emotional learning games, sustainable arts and crafts, yoga poses, reading and being read to, taking time for a snack, and possible outdoor time. Our goal is to move our bodies, explore our feelings and the world around us, observe and be a part of community building, with opportunities to both lead and follow, and to just have FUN. Most importantly, we are holding space for your child to develop their autonomy- through choice, setting boundaries, decision making, open communication and more!

Every camp we offer is different and geared toward the ages and needs of the kids that are registered. It is open to all K-3 students. We can accommodate 4-5th graders if they would like to participate in the fun AND practice leadership in assistant roles like helping with harder crafts and clean up!

A snack is provided! All snacks are gluten free, please let us know any other intolerances/allergies we need to accommodate.

We accept students regardless of abilty to pay. Offering lower or no cost health and wellness events to everyone helps stengthen our community as a whole. Please use the email below for scholarship info/coupon code for registration. We can work with your budget! Families can utilize one partial/full scholarship per year. If you wish to pay by cash or check or prefer a payment plan, please use the email below to arrange registration and payment. If you register online you will immediately receive a confirmation email. Everyone, regardless of how you registered, will receive another email a few days before camp starts, detailing day-of-camp information.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Fees will be refunded if cancellation is made FOUR (4) weeks prior to the program start. In all cases a $50 administrative fee will be retained. Fees cannot be refunded if registration is cancelled within the four week window of the program start. We are a micro-business and have planned, purchased, and prepped for your child's attendance. Also, a few weeks is too late to fill spots with waitlisted families since they have most likely enrolled in other programs by then. (If a class costs less than $100, the admin fee retained will be prorated to $25).
