About this event
The Muay Thai Comp Team classes are specifically for athletes preparing for upcoming competitions. These training sessions include conditioning, pad work, bag work, sparring, clinching, and fight strategy. These sessions are overseen by the coaches of the competition team. Required Equipment: hand wraps, boxing gloves, mouthpiece, shinguards, ranked shirt, Muay Thai shorts, knee pads, elbow pads, open-faced headgear. Minimum Rank Required: Orange shirt
