Poudre River Public Library District announced the sale of Council Tree Library's property at 2733 Council Tree Ave. to NoCo Foundation later this year, with a lease-back agreement until its new facility opens at the Southeast Community Center in 2028. Sale funds will support expanded library services and recreation programs.

A wildfire near East Mulberry Avenue spurred evacuations Thursday evening in Fort Collins but firefighters quickly contained the blaze and reported no injuries or structural damage, allowing officials to lift the orders by 7:35 p.m.
