- ➤ Fort Collins resident Kristen Marie Kovatch (46) was killed last Thursday by a mountain lion along Crosier Mountain Trail near Glen Haven; Colorado Parks and Wildlife confirmed human DNA on one of the euthanized lions. CBS Colorado
ENVIRONMENT NEWS
- ➤ USFWS warned CPW that it must submit a full report on gray wolf management by Jan. 17 or risk losing control of the reintroduction program—CPW imported 15 wolves from British Columbia in 2024 and plans more.
