- ➤ Built For Zero is a program from Community Solutions that aims to maintain functional zero homelessness by matching the number of people losing shelter with those getting housed. EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ CSU students participated in a federal budget simulation at the Democracy Summit on March 9 at the Lory Student Center, organized by the Concord Coalition. The role-playing exercise had participants reducing a projected deficit by $4.6 trillion & sparked discussions on fiscal policy challenges. Colorado State University
- ➤ The CSU System will launch its new 3+2 Direct Entry Nursing Program in fall, letting students earn a bachelor’s and master’s degree in five years. - ➤ Fire crews near Livermore nearly contained the Stateline Fire — their coordinated overnight effort held the blaze while one firefighter kept watch for lingering hot spots, and officials said crews will continue monitoring northern Larimer County to prevent any rekindling. North Forty News
