- ➤ The Other Side Academy opened its fifth location in an old historic house in City Park West to offer housing, treatment, and work opportunities for people with addiction and incarceration challenges. - ➤ The Poudre Fire Authority released its new Community Wildfire Protection Plan today to help residents in Northern Colorado prepare for wildfires near forests and canyons. - ➤ The City of Fort Collins Forestry Division will provide free wood mulch to residents on Saturday, April 19 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 1380 Hoffman Mill Road. City personnel will load the mulch with a front-end loader+visitors must remain in their vehicles, use northbound Lemay Avenue for entry, and note the offer is not available to commercial businesses.
