Candidate Brooke Reese held a public forum and interview at Lory Student Center on April 3—discussing student representation and transparent governance as she runs unopposed for ASCSU speaker of the senate.
She said she will boost student engagement while addressing empty senate seats, and voting is open from April 7-9.

On April 3, soil scientist Eugene Kelly and sustainable textile researcher Sonali Diddi spoke at CSU about how a circular economy can shift our linear system to one that reuses waste for new products—an idea gaining interest.
They said that when companies and consumers work together, this model may reduce waste and support a low-carbon economy—offering both environmental and economic gains.
CSU softball coach Jen Fisher celebrated 15 years of leadership after she took over the team in 2010.
She built a winning program with 349 wins and two Mountain West Coach of the Year awards — and her strong Fort Collins roots have helped her connect the team with the local community.
