- ➤ CSU alumna Teresa Mares, a Fort Collins native, co-wrote a book on food labor that outlines worker struggles and organizes change. She presented the book at the Lory Student Center on April 9 (released last September, it examines political economy and labor justice). Colorado State University
- ➤ CSU’s Associated Students met on April 8 (their 27th senate session), passing a funding bill for pocket pantries and discussing disabled student representation, campus housing affordability and caucus renaming as community members offered feedback on administrative decisions. - ➤ Colorado State Extension will host drought workshops in Larimer County on April 21 to help farmers and ranchers plan for dry conditions.
