- ➤ On the afternoon of April 5, two males were shot outside Foothills Mall on the 200 block of East Foothills Parkway in Fort Collins, with victims Ivan Arreguin (37) and Luis Angel Arreguin (27) dying at the hospital, and juvenile suspect Bryan Gallegos was arrested on April 6 and charged as an adult with two counts of first degree murder, first degree attempted murder, unlawfully carrying a concealed weapon and possession of a handgun by a juvenile.
