- ➤ CSU Rotaract and Rams Without Borders held a fundraiser at Avogadro's Number in Fort Collins that raised about $2,600 for Guatemala water projects. The clubs will use the funds to send students for project analysis and plan to team up on future events. Colorado State University

- ➤ The fifth annual Through the Student Lens Film Festival, presented by CSU's department of communications and the ACT Human Rights Film Festival, showcased 22 student films on April 22 and 24. - ➤ CSU’s Economics Club hosted a panel on April 22 where local experts discussed AI’s impact on careers and job searches for soon-to-be graduates. The panel stressed ethical AI use and the importance of interpersonal skills in the evolving workplace. Colorado State University

- ➤ CSU’s Occupational Therapy program was ranked first nationally while the Veterinary Medicine program, consistently in the top three, will open a new 230,000 sqft facility this summer — boosting hands-on learning for students and community access to primary care services. - ➤ On April 22, CSU held its annual Earth Day Festival at Lory Student Center Plaza, where community organizations shared sustainability tips and promoted greener practices - like public transit usage - to help reduce carbon emissions. 25th Anniversary Party and Walk Kickoff Party!
Home Instead of Northern Colorado is celebrating 25 years of serving older adults in our community with a public event at Odell Brewing Co. on Saturday, May 17 (noon–4 p.m.). Rather than throwing ourselves a party, we're using the milestone to raise money for the Alzheimer's Association of Colorado — an organization that supports many of the families we've cared for over the past quarter century.
