The iconic Stanley Hotel in Estes Park was purchased by the public entity The Stanley Partnership for Art Culture and Education, LLC in a public-private partnership that included the Colorado Educational and Cultural Facilities Authority and private bond investors + Sage Hospitality Group. The nearly $400 million bond offering will fund a major expansion of the historic lodging and build a new event center with an 864-seat auditorium and a museum curated by Blumhouse Productions.
