Poudre River Public Library District announced the sale of Council Tree Library's property at 2733 Council Tree Ave. to NoCo Foundation later this year, with a lease-back agreement until its new facility opens at the Southeast Community Center in 2028.

Sale funds will support expanded library services and recreation programs.
