Summit Heights Junior High in Adams 14 now permits students to ride bikes, e-bikes + skateboards to school as part of a new initiative, said Principal Tiffany Narcisse.
🌲 Environment
Communities, fire protection districts, nonprofits and tribal organizations can apply for $7.04 million in wildfire mitigation funds through the CSFS Forest Restoration and Wildfire Risk Mitigation program to reduce wildfire risk and improve forest health (applications are due by 5 p.m. Oct. 8 while awards will be announced Mar. 31).
