- ➤ CSU students built a large-scale model of the Halligan Water Supply Project that will store water for Fort Collins Utilities. The model shows how the project is designed to improve local water storage — a key part of the city's future water planning. The Coloradoan
- ➤ Colorado law now requires vehicles in both directions to stop at least 20 feet from a school bus with flashing red lights and an extended stop arm unless a physical barrier is present – drivers must remain stopped until the lights turn off.
