After several months of renovation, Spring Canyon Community Park's splash pad reopened and is available for play during the summer's final weeks.
Local families can enjoy the refreshed space for cooling off.
The renovated splash pad at Spring Canyon Community Park reopened on Aug.
21 with new water nozzles, improved seating and landscaping. It is open daily from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. through Sept. 30 while park restrooms remain under construction.

Fort Collins completed its first Plastic Free July as local sustainability groups and city officials hosted community events, including a free screening of the Netflix documentary The Plastic Detox at Global Village Museum of Arts and Culture and a trash pick-up at Poudre River Whitewater Park.
