Maci Lesh has been named CSU’s new science editor and is launching a dedicated science desk to simplify and tell the human side of research at labs, forests and field stations—covering topics like climate, water and wildfire.

The Collegian unveiled its new upper management (Editor-in-Chief Sophie Webb, Managing Editor Cait Mckinzie, and Executive Editor Willow Engle) to lead student journalism at CSU in Fort Collins, and they will ensure all content stays student generated and free of generative AI while upholding the paper's historic legacy.
