- ➤ At Colorado State University, professor Sudeep Pasricha received a $1.8 million Air Force grant to develop AI technology that will improve weather monitoring using nontraditional sensors + Internet of Things devices. - ➤ Larimer County is set to receive nearly $1 million in state grants to reduce human-bear conflicts, with Continental North HOA gaining $29,000 to upgrade trash receptacles, Davis Ranch HOA receiving $16,000 to secure community trash, and Larimer County Open Space awarded $30,000 to install bear-resistant cans—steps meant to help keep both residents and wildlife safe.
