- ➤ After multiple water main breaks on Lemay Avenue, Fort Collins Utilities is beginning design work for a future water main replacement, and partial lane closures are planned from September 24 to October 10—between Horsetooth and Harmony roads—to allow potholing that will locate underground utilities.
