- ➤ The Avenir Museum of Design and Merchandising showed more than 20,000 pieces of historic clothing and design records, including work by Christian Dior, on Oct. 5 and Oct. 6. GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ Fort Collins will begin asphalt patching repairs on the northbound lanes of Taft Hill Road at the Harmony Road intersection Monday Oct. 13 through Tuesday Oct. 14 if weather permits—drivers should plan for lane shifts and follow detour routes during the work. City of Fort Collins
- ➤ Southbound Shields will be closed to traffic between Mountain Avenue and Akin Avenue from Oct.20 to Dec.10 for utility work related to the Oak Street Stormwater Improvements Project. - ➤ Fort Collins voters will decide on two proposals for the future of the former Hughes Stadium site on the November ballot—one calling for a natural area and the other backing a multi-use plan from a civic assembly.
