- ➤ Voters will consider Ballot Issue 302, a tax-extension measure to fund 52 Fort Collins natural areas including trails and benches; if approved, the measure will shift spending from 80% conservation and 20% maintenance to 70% and 30% respectively beginning in 2061—continuing a program established in 1992.
