- ➤ The City of Fort Collins began construction on the Power Trail Harmony Crossing project yesterday to build an underpass beneath Harmony Road and extend new paved trail sections connecting Golden Meadows Park and Keenland Drive. Drivers on Harmony Road can expect shoulder closures and tree removal in November and December + a ceremonial groundbreaking is set for December 2nd at Golden Meadows Park. North Forty News
